My mum had her hair done by Aaron a couple of weeks ago and she is absolutely in love with it. Aaron did an amazing job with the cut and colour, it’s perfect and exactly what she wanted. The salon itself was lovely, with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. She left feeling so happy and so confident. We can’t recommend Aaron and the salon enough!

Was a great experience, I had a complimentary massage with some aromatherapy which was a great start! The massage chair while having my hair washed was also delightful and Deren was so chatty and really gave my hair moisture . My hair needed a "MOT" and Deren provided a great cut and very nice blow dry.

I always have a great experience at Edward James in Balham. The team are all so lovely and I’ve had amazing colour and styling every time I’ve been. Most recently Aaron gave me a gorgeous cut which I’m so pleased with. He took my inspiration references and tailored it to suit my hair type and length perfectly. If you’re considering booking - do it, you won’t regret!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Aaron was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and the results were even better than I expected. The salon has a really nice, relaxing vibe which made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend! Special shout out to his colleagues Holly and Samantha; they both were equally brilliant and supported Aaron with the video recordings!! Thanks a lot guys!
